Wyoming Hunts Refund Policy

A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit is require within 5 days after booking to reserve dates. A Second 25% deposit is requiring 30-Day prior to hunt or 10 days after obtaining License in Big Game Drawing. Remainder of Balance is due upon arrival and before hunting activities.

Example: Deer hunt for Three days $1,500.

A 25% or $375 Non-Refundable deposit is paid within 5 Days to reserve dates. By reserving days, I am unable to rebook on short notice, This is reason for First Deposit being applied to the next years hunt or other available hunts.

The second 25% or $375 is required 10 Day after Notification of Drawing results. Should the Client not draw a permit First Deposit will be applied to the next years hunt or other available hunts.

The Balance of $750 is due upon arrival and before hunting activities.

The second Deposit & Balance can only be refunded should it fall under Wyoming Game & Fish Department’s Policy for refunds of hunting license fees as shown under section 2. General Application and license Information (m) in the license application pack. This section states:

"m. Refunds, Cancellations of licenses. In accordance with the Commission regulations, licenses cannot be canceled or any fee refunded after the license is issued except in the case of the subsequent death of the licensed holder, his or her spouse, parent, brother, sister, son or daughter supported by a copy of the respective death certificate; Incapacitating illness or injury of the license holder supported by a physician’s sworn statement on a Department form; military transfer overseas supported by a copy of the official orders from the Armed Forces of the U.S.; or written notification from the applicant if issued a license not listed on the respective application due to Department error. Refund will not be granted, regardless of the circumstances, after the earliest date of the season for which the license is valid. No Requests for refunds will be accepted after December 31 of the license year, regardless of the season.

No changes in price will be allowed, should you harvest on the FIRST, SECOND, or THIRD day of a three-day hunt. (Example: Should you harvest your animal on first day, Your hunt is still the price for Three-day hunt. Same for Second Day and Third Day.)

Should you want to go by DAY - TO - DAY rate, This must be arranged during booking of your hunt.
