Return Policy

Any merchandise found to be unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned for refund or exchange. Simply contact  John Geiman at 1-605-545-3051; Monday-Saturday, 6:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. All returned goods must be shipped prepaid and insured. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable. If your order is damaged in shipment, please hold the merchandise, the package it came in and notify us immediately.
