The majority of My Elk Hunts take place on Black Hills National Forest land. We focus on Four units for our hunts. This ensure you the hunter that we know exactly where the Elk live and move. We have a variety of terrain that we can match to the hunter desires.
Elk Hunting in South Dakota is Limited to Resident Hunter only at the present time!

Motel Package
I use the Best Western Golden Spike in Hill City as spike camps for our
hunt. You are with in Ten minutes of prime elk hunting, Plus a hot tub
at night for the sour muscles. This package includes: me or one of my two
guides, food, lodging for four nights, and transportation during the hunt.

I have discounted room rates at a local Motel, if you want your own lodging.
Our 2000 season yielded a 66% Shot opportunity for hunts.
I had a 95% success in showing an animal to my clients within 2 hours of the hunt for 2001.
My success in harvesting animals was 50% some chose not to harvest the animals they saw in 2001.
I had a 98% success in showing an animal to my clients within 2 hours of the hunt for 2002.
My success in harvesting animals was 55% some chose not to harvest the animals they saw in 2002.
